1. ACCOUNT

We reserve the right to refuse access, terminate an account, if you are in violation of applicable laws, these Terms of Use or any other terms, conditions, guidelines or policies.

2. ORDER

When placing the first order, the user must create an online account with their personal details and keep them up to date. The contract is deemed to have been concluded after validation by CIRCLE of your order and this after receipt, by electronic means, of the order form, once the accuracy of the data relating to the order has been verified. Before purchasing the products, by sending the order form, you are asked to read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale carefully.

CIRCLE reserves the right to cancel and refund any order that contains errors in the display of prices (e.g. free orders) or item availability. By submitting the order form electronically, you unconditionally accept and agree to comply with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

3. VALIDATION

The data recorded by our services when validating your order constitutes proof of all transactions between CIRCLE and its customers. The data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions

4. AVAILABILITY

Our store collects data to operate efficiently and provide you with the best experiences with our services. You provide some of this data directly, for example when you create a personal account. We obtain some of it by recording how you interact with our services using, for example, technologies such as cookies and by receiving error reports or usage data from software running on your device.

5. PRICE

The prices of our products are indicated in euros, all taxes included, excluding participation in processing and shipping costs. These prices are communicated in euros with the conversion into foreign currencies. In the event of an order to a country other than metropolitan France, you are the importer of the product(s) concerned. For all products shipped outside the European Union and DOM-TOM, the price will be calculated excluding taxes automatically on the invoice. Customs duties, local taxes, import duties or state taxes may be required. These duties and sums are not the responsibility of circle-shop.fr. They will be your responsibility and are your sole responsibility both in terms of declaration and payment to the competent authorities and organizations in your country. 6. DELIVERY

You have the possibility to choose:

- Standard home delivery by post (Notice of passage and parcel available for 15 days at your post office in case of absence)

- Delivery to a Kiala or Mondial Relay network retailer
- Express delivery by UPS or Chronopost (+10 euros)

You will automatically receive an email with your tracking number (also available online by logging into your account). The products will be delivered to the delivery address indicated during the order process. We do our best to ensure that the delivery takes place within 5 days. In the event of difficulties, we undertake to keep you informed of them.

If you have chosen the option, "Pick up in store", we thank you for coming to the CIRCLE store, 3 rue folco de baroncelli 84000 Avignon, imperatively with your order confirmation as well as your IDENTITY DOCUMENT. You will be able to collect your products 24 hours after placing your order and this up to a maximum of 10 days. Important: Any order placed on Saturday and Sunday, with the direct pick up in store option, can only be collected on Monday from 4 p.m. The delivery costs are calculated automatically as soon as you finalize your shopping cart and appear in the total to be paid. When sending the package, we send you its corresponding number by e-mail. Customs and other fees in the country of arrival are the responsibility of the buyer. In the event of loss or damage to the product during transport, the customer must inform the carrier without delay.

In the event of a delivery delay of more than 7 days that is not due to a case of force majeure, the Customer is invited to contact customer service, he has the possibility of canceling his order and requesting reimbursement of the sums paid by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address: Circle 3, Rue folco de baroncelli 84000 Avignon. This right must be exercised no later than 30 working days following the expiry of the initially scheduled delivery date. The contract will be considered terminated upon receipt of the registered letter if the item has not been delivered between the sending and receipt of the letter. All orders shipped to France and the EU are expressed in Euros, all taxes included, with the VAT rate in force in France. Additional information may be requested in order to secure your payment.

9. APPLICABLE LAW - DISPUTES

This contract is signed in French and is subject to French law. In the event of a legal dispute, only the French courts will have jurisdiction.
