RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
PRODUCT RETURN
2 OPTIONS:
- Returns are FREE for 14 days with Mondial Relay if the item has a manufacturing defect and you want a refund
In this case, use the return slip that we will send you following your email to our customer service and drop off your package at a collection point of your choice.
However, the RETURN shipping costs will be at your expense if you have chosen the wrong size and wish to change it, or if the product does not meet your expectations.
If we have it in stock, upon receipt of your item:
the item will be re-delivered to you at our expense

Given postal and processing times, your refund will be triggered within approximately 1 week if we no longer have the item in stock.
Our policy lasts 14 days.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
A refund cannot be made if:
- The returned item is not in its original condition.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If after completing all of these steps you still have not received your refund, please contact us via the contact form on our site.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, please contact us via the contact form.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR CONSUMER CUSTOMERS
The Consumer Customer benefits from a right of withdrawal that he can exercise within a period of fourteen (14) days from the conclusion of the contract or from the date on which the Consumer Customer takes physical possession of the product. The Customer has a period of time to return any product, without having to give a reason, and to request a refund without penalty, with the exception of the return costs which remain the responsibility of the Customer.
Only Products in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by all accessories and documents which initially appeared in their packaging as well as their purchase invoice, may be returned under the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
The Consumer Customer must notify the CIRCLE store by email at shopcircle84@gmail.com of his decision to withdraw.
In the event of withdrawal, upon receipt of the returned item(s), CIRCLE SAS will proceed with the refund (corresponding to the price of the Products) using the same means of payment as that used for the initial transaction (unless expressly agreed by the Customer). This refund will not incur any additional costs, however, the Customer will bear the costs of returning the product.
