Return and refund policy

You have 14 days from receiving your order to return an item, with no need to give a reason.

Conditions

• The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with its accessories and invoice.
• Before sending your parcel back, let us know by email at shopcircle84@gmail.com.

Defective item

The return is free: after your email, we send you a return label. You drop your parcel off at the pick-up point of your choice, and we refund you.

Wrong size or item that doesn't suit you

Return shipping is at your expense. Send your parcel to:

If we have your size in stock, we send you the right item at our expense as soon as we receive yours. Otherwise, we refund you.

Refund

Once we have received and checked the item, we refund the price of the product to the payment method used for your order, unless you ask us otherwise. The delivery costs of your order are not refunded. With postal and processing times, allow about one week.

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw, with no need to give a reason. Let us know by email at shopcircle84@gmail.com, then send the item back in its original condition and packaging, with its accessories and invoice. CIRCLE SAS refunds the price of the products to the payment method used for your order. Return shipping costs remain at your expense.
